Attorney Peden is prepared to represent each of her clients at any stage of the parole process. This includes cases where the client has not entered into the review process as well as cases where the client has entered into the review stage. The Attorney is prepared to speak on cases even if the client has been interviewed on the unit by the Institutional Parole Officer (IPO). The Institutional Parole Officer is the person responsible for interviewing the client on the unit and forwarding the file to the designated parole board.

Attorney Peden interviews clients, prepares the files and presents information for each client that is currently eligible for parole or discretionary mandatory release to the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. The attorney personally handles all client interviews as well as all presentations to the Board assigned to vote the parole case. Attorney Peden's goal is to secure the client’s release. However if parole is denied there is no charge for follow up parole presentations, as long as the client maintains a good disciplinary record.

Parole Board members and Commissioners are only obligated to speak with properly registered victims who request contact. However, Attorney Peden tracks client files weekly and remains abreast as to when a file is scheduled to arrive at the designated parole board. Attorney Peden contacts the boards and schedules times to speak with the lead voter once the client's file has been received at the assigned board. Presentations are made directly to the lead voter assigned to the case. The attorney will accommodate requests from families to visit with the lead voter at the time the file is reviewed for consideration of parole. However personal meetings are at the discretion of the lead voter assigned to the file.

Interested persons are encouraged to contact the office at 713-476-0988. Attorney Peden or her qualified legal assistants are willing to discuss each case confidentially. Our goal is to reunite families and give clients the opportunity to begin a new life with a promise of hope. The total fee for representation is $1,700.00 for many parole cases in Texas. Representation requires a $500.00 retainer, payable by check (from anywhere in the USA) or money order payable to:
